School Development

St. Fergal’s College is at an exciting stage in its development. We are fortunate to have recently moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art school building, a €7 million project delivered as part of a pilot programme by the Department of Education. This modern facility provides our students and staff with a bright, spacious, and fully equipped learning environment that reflects the very best in contemporary educational design.

Our commitment to growth continues, with refurbishment of the original 1937 building scheduled to begin before Christmas. This project will add two new classrooms and purpose-built ASD spaces, further enhancing the supports and opportunities we can provide for all of our students. These developments represent not just an investment in buildings, but an investment in the future of education at St. Fergal’s College, ensuring we remain a centre of excellence for generations to come.
